UICCA aimed to improve its project management efficiency, collaboration, and visibility across teams. The objective of the project is to implement Asana as a centralized platform to replace scattered tools, reduce inefficiencies, and establish standardized workflows.

Sporting Unity is an Erasmus+–funded initiative designed to foster cross-cultural understanding and critical thinking by exploring the historical and contemporary links between Olympic education and colonialism. The project leverages the universal values of the Olympic Games—respect, fairness, and inclusion—to empower youth and address issues of social justice and inclusion across Europe and Africa.
